Sciences Po publications are accessible throughout our
open archive SPIRE
The research community at Sciences Po produces
more than 2,000 publications a year,
not counting so-called “gray” literature.
Though most of the publications are articles (one-third thereof
in peer-review journals), greater importance is attached to the
publication of books in view of the greater intellectual commitment
these more extensive works involve.
Researchers here have a wide range of publication media available
to them. Some of those media are presented on this site under
the collections of the Presses
de Sciences Po, along with the collections
in English that are produced in partnership with Anglo-American
publishers.
A page in French also presents a
selection of books and articles recently published by our
research community as well as links
to the publications sites of the various Sciences Po research
centres, department chairs and the PhD program.

Comparative Politics and International Studies - Hurst
Started in 1999, this series consists of noteworthy publications
in the social sciences emanating from CERI.
It focuses on the transformation of politics and society by domestic
and transnational forces, ranging from the evolution of ethnic
and religious identities, migrations, to the balance of power
in the postbipolar world and the impact of globalization.States
are more open to external influence than ever before. This phenomenon
serves to accelerate social and political change the world over.
In seeking to understand and interpret these changes, this collection
give as much priority to social movements as to the role of states

International Relations and Political Economy - Palgrave
This series focuses on the transformation of the international
system, from the standpoint of International Relations and Political
Economy, at a time when the role of the State is undergoing profound
re-examination and change. Forces such as regionalization, financial,
commercial and also cultural globalization, and transnational
flows in general are reshaping international relations and the
global political economy. The series therefore places emphasis
on new issues which international and transnational organizations
are dealing with.

International Political Sociology
IPS : International Political Sociology has been added to the
group of International Studies Association journals published
by Blackwell since January 2007. Responding to the diversification
of both scholarly interests and regional concerns in contemporary
international studies, it will especially draw on traditions of
historical, legal, economic and political sociology, as well as
on the burgeoning literatures on socio-political theory. Recognizing
that so many of the primary forms of scholarship informing contemporary
international studies have built upon narrowly Anglo-American
forms of social science in general and the discipline of political
science in particular, it especially seeks to address the kind
of sociological analysis that has characterized thinking about
international studies in so many other parts of the world.
