You seek housing. In Paris, like in any major city, it’s not always easy to find a place to live. But don’t worry, students always end up finding something.

As a reminder

To assist you in your search various ways of research are proposed as well as advices regarding housing on your arrival :

  • offers by real estate agencies (on top of this page) accessible with ID Sciences Po: listings renewed each week during back to school periods
  • BDE (Sciences Po Student Union) in connection with the Social Assistance department maintains a central listing offers from private landlords. Be sure to contact them : http://www.bdescpo.com/ : it is necessary to adhere to BDE (see details on the site) to get an access code that allows the access, unlimited connections, to the regularly updated file
  • the "useful links" (column shaded to the left of this page) propose extensive information including direct links with the private dormitories (partnership with some residences under specific conditions), contacts of homestays and other specialized sites
  • Information about the rental contract (lease) and its annexes : state of flat(entry and exit) and inventory, (models are available for downloading) and advices on “how to organize your visits. "
