For the third consecutive year, Sciences Po is running with Partner Universities the Executive Training Programmes in Japan and Korea. Created and funded by the European Commission 27 years ago and 6 years ago for ETP Korea, the Executive Training Programmes target European Businessmen/women working for companies aiming at strengthening their activities in Japan or Korea.

The new programmes are proceeding in two parts:

  • The European Inception Module is designed as a preparation phase with an introduction of Japanese or Korean culture (Sciences Po, Paris) an introduction of Japanese or Korean Business and Management (The SDA Bocconi, Milan) and intensive learning in Japanese and Korean language (SOAS, London)
  • The Immersion Modules further deepen the knowledge in the B&M and language learning. During six months, participants attend both theoretical and practical lectures in Waseda University in Tokyo or in Yonsei University in Seoul. Finally, the programmes end up with a three month internship in a local company
